Wedding Day Schedule
The activities of the day are listed below to give you an idea of the day's schedule and what to expect.
Cable Car ascent - Any time, beginning at 2pm
To get to Panorama 2962, you must access it by cable car. This is not like a regular ski lift; it's completely enclosed, like a bus, with a few seats and many windows. Your tickets are paid for. To access the private cable car, mention the "Madsen Wedding." The trip takes approximately 10 minutes, so please plan your schedule accordingly so you are on time for the ceremony.
Ceremony - 3pm to 3:30pm
The ceremony will take place in the same location as the reception. When you arrive, please find a seat in anywhere. The ceremony will begin at 3pm and take no longer than 30 minutes.
Viewing Areas & Open Bar - 3:30pm to 4pm
While we get some quick pictures, please enjoy the scenery (and the drinks)! Feel free to walk around and take in the views, explore the mountain, and more. Hors d'oeuvres will begin shortly!
Hors d'oeuvres & Open Bar - 4pm-5pm
As you continue to walk around and enjoy a beverage, please help yourselves to some small bites before dinner.
Dinner - 5pm-6:30pm
Dinner will be a buffet featuring cuisine from the same four countries visible on top of the mountain: Germany, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
Celebration with Live Music - 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Munich's Moondancer's Band will be playing live music during our celebration!
Cable Car Descent - any time to 11:30pm
You can leave the venue at any time via the cable car. The last cable car to the base of the mountain leaves the summit at 11:30pm.
